Ingredients:
-2 Eggs
-Salt and pepper
-1 Tablespoon of cold water
-1 Dessert spoon of olive oil
-Water

Instructions:
1)Break the eggs into the bowl,abb water and whisk them.
2)Heat the olive oil in the frying pan, swirling it around to ensure the base is completely covered in oil,until it just starts to smoke.
3)Pour in the eggs and tip or stir the pan so that the egg mixture completely covers the base.Turn down the heat and, using the turner , keep dragging the partly set eggs into the middle,so that the liquid spreads out to the edges.
4)Wait for 1.30 minutes and put the omelet on the plate.
5)Pepper or salt if you want.
