Вчені називають вітаміни за алфавітом. Всі вони дуже важливі, ось наприклад, вітамін Ц допомагає зберегит нашу шкіру та ясна здоровими. Він міститься у свіжих фруктах та зелених овочах, таких як апельсини, чорна смородина, салат-лутук. Брюсельська капуста та шпінат також містять багато вітаміну Ц. ВВітамін Д допомагає нашим кісткам рости міцними та сильними і ми взмозі це зробити, якщо наша шкіра буде отримувати досить сонячного світла.
