Is it difficult to form a talent? Theoretically, it is not only simple, but "very simple". To prepare a plumber, what you need to teach a person is plumbing. And a turner? It's turning.
What about teachers? You should teach them to teach. Well, and in order to form a creative worker? You should teach them creativity: writing, art, being inventive, etc. But since in our consideration of "talent" is not just a creative worker and a creative employee with higher qualification, then, of course, from each person's talent does not, as does not make every person a qualified fitter, turner, teacher. Therefore, first we need to identify a person who is qualified for creative activity and who is potentially able to reach the highest level of qualification. Then, using effective learning systems, teach theory and practice up to the age of 22-24.
But our conversation concerns schoolchildren, and therefore we can only talk about potential talents, since it is impossible to prepare a professional at school, and besides, it is impossible to form a talent completely by the age of 17 (except for music) for the reason that the brain "matures" by the age of 22-24.
There is only one way to identify potential talent in school years - to involve all students in multi-sided creative activity, that is, to teach all children to compose literary works, invent, design, and conduct research. Teach everyone, but not to make everyone do everything! Let everyone do what they have a natural predisposition to do. All specific work performed by students should be registered in the creative book. By the age of 14-15, everyone's aptitudes and potential will be clearly visible. Here on the basis of entries in the book you can identify potential talents, and then teach them in professional schools.
Talent can only manifest itself in a specific product: a literary work, a painting, a product, etc., no product - no talent! The presence of just General knowledge, even encyclopedic, has no direct relation to the manifestation of giftedness. To make even an elementary creative product, you need a practical minimum of professional knowledge and skills. The availability of professional knowledge and skills is the Foundation on which talent can grow or show itself.
The modern secondary school of professional knowledge and skills in general practically does not give anything in all directions. For example, a student has been studying literature for eleven years. But the literature program does not involve training in writing literary works, and even deep knowledge of different genres. Therefore, under the existing system of education, regardless of its modifications, talent can not be manifested. If, for some reason, the child manages to get his professional training, then it turns out to be the "gifted" child, which we so rarely can meet now.
