Привет! Меня зовут ... И я советую вам здоровый образ жизни. Как его вести? Очень просто! Во первых,нужно соблюдать режим. Допустим ложиться в 10,а вставать в 7. Также,я советую вам правильно питаться и заниматься спортом. Летом с утра ходить на пробежки,а зимой вечерком на каток. Это очень весело и полезно

I was visit Ukraine, England. The first we should have lunch, so i went at Ukrane cafe, i was eating borscht, fat with dumplings. It was testy. Then i went with guide tour at the Black sea in the Krimia (Крым) , a few hours later we went to the Carpathians, further to Chernigov and finished the tour in Ukraine in the city of Lvov.
