FirstQ:Nowdays,i can't imagine modern world without universities or other educational institutions as knowledge is power,it's obviously that wage is proportional to your knowledge,so that people try to study in universities to get a professional education,then to become wealthy,or successful in science or in  other ways.
SecondQ:Sure,it is,just study 5 or 6 years to become ace in some discipline,it's warth it.
ThirdQ:Well,this is the choice of everyone,but I think,yes,its vital to our country as we need clever and expierienced students,who can ameliorate our economy.
