У английских детей уроки проходят пять раз в неделю. Уроки у них в Понедельник, Вторник, Среду, Четверг и Пятницу. Уроки обычно длятся до  часов и потом ученики идут домой. Они никогда не учатся в Субботу и Воскресенье. Суббота и Воскресенье у них выходные дни.

В возрасте пяти лет в начальной школе дети идут в детский сад или начальные классы, там они проводят два года пока им не исполнится семь лет. В детском саду большую часть времени они проводят на улице.
Они играют в разные игры, бегают и прыгают. Они поют песни, танцуют и много играют. Детсадовские дети учатся как пользоваться деньгами в своих игрушечных магазинах. Они рассматривают картинки в интересных книгах, рисуют картинки карандашами и раскрашивают их. Они учатся ладить с другими детьми.
Когда детям исполняется семь лет они идут в младшую среднюю школу, где они проводят 4 года пока им не исполнится 11 лет. Так англичане проводят 6 лет в начальной школе. Когда детям исполняется 11 лет или немного меньше они заканчивают начальную школу.
Средние школы это настоящие школы. Атмосфера более формальная в средних школах чем в начальных школах. 
Ученики сидят на рядах и следуют регулярному расписанию. Их предметы: английский, математика, история, природоведение, география, рисование и музыка. В средней школе плавание, физкультура и религия тоже стоят в расписании.
Но дети проводят много времени на улице. Они посещают различные музеи и другие знаменитые и интересные места. Иногда их учителя берут их в Лондон или другие большие города. Они гуляют и играют очень много. В некоторых начальных школах дети носят форму, но в большинстве начальных школ они ее не носят.

В первой части предложения должно стоять личное местоимение (I, you, he, she, it, we, they) , так как тут подлежащее и сказуемое, поэтому для первой части грамматически подходят все варианты. Но по смыслу (У нас проблема), подлежащее WE не подходит (получится ерунда: У нас проблема. Можем ли мы тебе ?)
Посмотрим на вторую часть: тут уже нужны местоимения в объектном падеже (me, you, him, her, it, us, them), поэтому грамматически тут тоже подходят все варианты. По смыслу: у НАС проблема, значит, должны НАМ, поэтому подходит только вариант а)
