Take a daily multivitamin, and be sure to get enough calcium and vitamin D.
Maintain a healthy weight and body shape.
Challenge your mind. Keep learning and trying new activities.
Floss, brush, and see a dentist regularly.

This week I have already managed to prepare some subjects for the next few days.
I also have already found and packed my things for moving to another flat.
I have watched some explanatory videos about my current activities.
I have already helped my parents to whitewash the floor and pick down our blinds.
I have already painted some pictures and sketched scenes from my favourite film etc.

WHAY YOU HAVEN'T DONE YET
I haven't had time to do a Biology/Geography/Stories/Foreign Literature project yet.
I haven't visited my relatives yet, although they invited me very ardently.
I haven't had time to write a couple of lines of the song yet, just to start a notebook.
I haven't had time to receive copies of the daily newsletter of the newspaper yet.
Also I haven't gone for a walk yet and haven't taken a glance at the shelves of the grocery's.

I have just checked incoming calls.
I have just seen a programme about healthy food. 
I have just congratulated my cousin and his parents with first steps.
I have just gone and returned to the fridge.
I have just announced about the test.
