1) How many books have you written? - нет тут ошибок (обычный вопрос писателю)
2) He has hated oranges since his childhood. -  hate - глагол состояния, а они не употребляются во временах группы Continuous и Perfect Continuous
3) They have taken the dog for a walk. (have been taken - пассивный залог, а он тут не нужен. Это не их взяли на прогулку, а они повели собачку)
