Схему составления общего вопроса на английском языке:

1) вс глагол (тот, который употребляется в томвремени, в котором вы собираетесь задавать свой вопрос, например, do/does, did, have/has, will) или первое составляющее его слово;

2) подлежащее (исполнитель действия или подвергающийся воздействию субъект/объект);

3) смысловой глагол (или остальные слова, составляющие вс глагол, если есть, + смысловой глагол)

4) остальные члены предложения (дополнение, обстоятельство и т. п.).

Пример 1

Are you going to stay at home all day?

Are - вс глагол

you - подлежащее 

going to – смысловой глагол (с предлогом)

stay at home all day - остальные члены предложения
