London is one of the oldest cities in the world and in Europe. It is the biggest city in the United Kingdom. Its population is more than 8 millions people. Traditionally, London is separated into 4 parts: the City, Westminster, West-End and East-End. The CIty is the business area of London. There are many firms, banks and offices, including the Bank of England and the Stock exchange. There are several attractions in the City. Here you can see St. Paul's Cathedral, which was built by Sir Christopher Wren, and the Tower of London. The Tower served as a fortress,as a prison, as a palace, but nowadays it is a museum, which is visited by many tourists from all over the world. Westminster is an administrative and governing area of London. There one can find the famous Westminster Abbey. Many famous people are buried here. Across the road the Palace of Westminster is situated, where the Parliament sits. West-end is a symbol of wealth and luxury. There are many shops, restaurants, hotels and nightclubs. East-End is an area of docks, factories, fabrics, which are not architectonically unique. The streets are toneless and boring.

Westend is the simbol of luxury and wealth. There are many shops(boutiques), restaurants, hotels, (and) night clubs here. East End is an area of docks, factories, plants, which are no different architectural diversity. Streets are expressionless and homeliness.
