I will tell your about my trip that could've easily gone wrong.
Last year, I went on a trip to sunny Kenya with my family. 
I have been interested in Africa since I was little and I couldn't believe when my parents surprised me with plane tickets. It was the best birthday present ever!
It was amazing. I loved the african scenery and weather.
I took many photographs and ate local foods.
But on our way back something happened that almost ruined our trip.
We forgot to set the alarm to wake up and get to the airport.
In the middle of the night I woke up because I wanted to get some water.
As I looked at the clock I realized that we should've already been at the airport.
I was really worried and woke my family up immediately.
We packed everything quickly and ran to the airport.
I was really worried at the time, and I can't believe that we could be so careless and not set the alarm.
But we were lucky that day and made it to the airport on time.
Now, I always make sure to set the alarm, because time is money!
This taught me a lesson, even though we didn't miss the flight.
