There are a lot of festivals in my school. Now I want to tell you about festival that I want to celebrate in school Halloween festival.
Halloween festival celebrated on 31th October. All school is decorating in scary stuff like web with spiders and pumpkin with candle in it.
All pupils wear costumes like vampire, zombie and witches.
I hope someday my school will celebrate this festival.

В данном упражнении большинство предложений в First Conditional (1 тип условного наклонения). Исходя из правила, можно легко выполнить это упражнение. If + Present Simple, Future Simple (will) (или эти части могут поменяться местами). 
Также присутствуют предложения с придаточными времени (when). После слов when, as soon as, until, after, before никогда не ставится Future Simple (will), а идет глагол в Present Simple

There is a pencil on my board.

There is a lamp in the box.

There are six student and our teacher in the classroom.

There is a mistake in the text.

There are beautiful trees in his garden.

Is there a book in your backpack?

Is there a piano in our hall?

Are there hotels in our city?

Are there anu letters for me?

Отрицательные:

There aren't any flowers in my room.

There is no tea in my cup.

There isn't any milk in the fridge.

There aren't any people in the store.

There is no ham in this sandwich.
