Sincronized swimming is my favorite sport. I like it because this is one of the most popular team sport. In this sport group of people (usually women) danceing  inside big pool. In order for all movements to be clear, the team needs to do a lot of work. Also this sport is included in the Olympic Games. Аthletes have been preparing for a long time and it is very rallying I would like to be the part of this team.

Athletics is walking, running, jumping and discus throwing, spears and cores. These natural forms of movement are particularly well dosed and can be widely used by beginners in sports.
