На каком языке официально говорят в washington'e, wellington'e?

Город Вашингтон является столицей США. Так как в США официальный язык - английский, следовательно в Вашингтоне говорят на английском языке.

Веллингтон - столица Ноаой Зеландии. Официальные языки там: английский, маори и новозеландский. На них там и говорят.
