Here on the basis of entries in the book you can identify potential talents, and then teach them in professional schools.

Talent can only manifest itself in a specific product: a literary work, a painting, a product, etc., no product - no talent! The presence of just General knowledge, even encyclopedic, has no direct relation to the manifestation of giftedness. To make even an elementary creative product, you need a practical minimum of professional knowledge and skills. The modern secondary school of professional knowledge and skills in general practically does not give anything in all directions. For example, a student has been studying literature for eleven years.
