Feelings are  different. We  know  how  to  feel  and  to  behave, but  we  don’t  know  exactly  how  to  express  it. That’s  why  it  is  important   the  way  one  treat  himself  sets  the  standard  for  others.Respect  is  a  word, which  you  don’t  use  and  don’t  hear  every  day. But  you  know  that  you  have  right  to  be  respected  as  a  personality. And  if  you  treat  yourself  with  respect  the  others  will  treat  you  with  that  same  respect. If  you  have  low  esteem,  you  shouldn’t  expect  others  to  think  highly  of  you. You  can  become  an  even  more  excellent  person  by  constantly  setting  higher  and  higher  standard   for  yourself  and  then  by  doing  everything  possible  to  live  up  to  those  standards. Remember,  the way  you  treat  yourself,  makes  treat  you  the  same  way. Love  yourself  first  and  everything  else  falls  into   line. You  really  have  to  love  yourself  to  get  anything  done  in  this  world.Plant  your  own  flowers  decorate  your  own  soul,  instead  of  waiting  for  someone  to  bring  you  flowers.
