Hello, my friend. I heard that you put some weight. Well, i try to help you, because i was fat many ears ago. I think you  already tried different diet. And that do not work, i guess. You can also count calories, and that will be work. But i want to say something. Some secret  between you and me.There is the reason that people eat to many food. The reason is - problems with life. People seize up their pain. That is all. If you dont have a pain - you dont need eat too much. So, relax, and try to got good without food.

Sports, as we know, develop muscles, do the person more resistant, hardy, and as beautiful. And if to speak about the high purposes? And here it is possible to find pluses. Very many people itself affirm at the expense of receiving awards as sports, and as because of increase of level of professionalism.
Means that we have. Sports perfectly strengthen an organism, help to increase immunity and as to ego-trip. But also professional boxers, both football players, and weight-lifters periodically are traumatized varying severity. And not only at competitions. Someone during morning jog slipped, fell and dislocated a foot. Someone broke a finger, filling a pear.
