Extreme sports are becoming popular among a large number of people. It is engaged by both young people and older people who dream of getting sharp sensations. However, as in any sport, there are advantages and disadvantages.

Classes of extreme sports add self-confidence. Also, it 's a great way to get attention from a lovely gender. Which girl would refuse to go out with an extreme biker? And the parachute lady is guaranteed to have a lot of enthusiastic fans. In addition, when exercising extreme sports there are not comparable emotions, and it helps to fight stress perfectly. Add to this the production of endorphins arising from any physical activity, and any suitors of the superiors will not be able to angry or offend you.

The most obvious downside to extreme sports is the danger to life and health. While proper technique and good equipment minimize this risk, accidents do occur regularly. How minus can be considered and excessive tension of all systems of the body.

Training excessively much, athletes not only overload muscles and ligaments, but also wear the heart. Constant adrenaline spills are also not very useful for health. You can avoid these consequences by limiting workouts. But extreme sports are akin to addiction - having tried once, it is desirable to continue constantly.

In summary, I firmly believe that extreme sports, will be popular as traditional sports. They offer an opportunity to choose the own way and to find out where borders of your opportunities lie. Personally, I 'm not risky, but I respect people who fall into such extremes.

My favorite sport is basketball.
