Wrong food diet may lead to further health problems. You shouldnt overeat chips,fries or take away.These products contain lots of chemical addictives which are very dangerous in large amounts. Try to combine healthy anf fresh products with something which might not be that healthy in the right proportion. On the other hand it is important that you dont just follow instructions to keep your body healthy but also enjoy what you eat. I would therefore recommend you to be very specific and carefull in your choise of food products, so you wont be disappointed or harmed by all known and all loved food.
