Когда мы задаем вопрос, то вс глагол (Do, does) встает на первое место.

Пример: She goes to school. - Она ходит в школу

Вопрос: Does she go  to school?

Отрицание: Всё очень просто, мы к вс глаголу пишем not

Пример: I like reading  - Я люблю читать
