It is a little bit presumptuous of you to include me since you do not know my opinion on fast- food and healthy living. Anyway, I am not against fast food in general. I do believe that you have to be careful with how often you consume it, but I do not think its a 'crime' to eat it twice a month. Moreover, we have to consider that healthy food is a sensitive topic, i believe that sometimes it is safer to eat in the places like McDonald's rather than an unknown place, because you at least will never get food poisoning in McDonald's and since a lot of healthy places are not that popular you are taking more risk by going there. Moreover, I am vegetarian myself so it is more convenient for me to cook at home and know the actual ingredients of the food I am eating. overall, if you need help with your contest, I am not a bad cook myself and I would be glad to offer you help.
