Мы учимся на факультете физических тренеровок. Мы тренеруемся в разных местах. Гимнасты практикуються в гимнастике. Беговые отлеты и  футболисты - на стадионе. Плавцы - в бассеине, игроки в теннис - на теннисном корте. Велосипедисты - на шоссе или тренажорах. Волейболисты, воскетболисты и игроки в хендбол - на площадке снаружи или во внутреннем спортивном холле. Реслеры - на реслерской площадке, боксеры - на боксерском поле и тд. Обычно мы должны тренироваться трижды в неделю. Наша последняя тренировка была около двух часов. Как правило мы начинаем нашу тренировку с разминки, что есть очень полезным для нашего тела. Это предотвращает травмы и розтяжения мышц. Обычно разогрев состоит из медленного бега, быстрого бега, и упражнений в свободной стойке. Во время нашей тренировки мы исполняем разные упражнения зависящие от вида спорта, которым мы будем заниматься.

Мы тренируемся по указаниям нашего тренера. Мы практикуемся на различных соревнованиях и турнирах. Иногда студенты с нашего факультета выигрывают золотые серебренные или бронзовые медали.

Russian Ruble is the official currency of Russian Federation. It is also used as a medium of exchange in many former soviet republics. Russian ruble is one of the world's oldest currencies. It appeared in 15th century during the so-called Silver Bum. At the time, Russian coins were made of silver. Soaring demand for silver across continental Europe resulted in growth of value of Russian silver coin to a point when they were no longer useful for purchases. People started splitting coins in halves. Russian word for "split" or "cut" is rubit'' and the half coins were called rubles. Even though Russian coins no longer come in halves, the name stuck on.

During the czar rule Russian rubles were one of the worlds highly valued currencies as they were backed by serious stockpiles of gold. During the Bolshevik revolution, most of that gold was shipped out of Russia, so the Soviet ruble's did not have much value. It did not matter anyway as the Soviet rules kept fixed rate of ruble. In 1993 Russian government has removed price fixing, but it continues to intervene into currency markets to keep the value of ruble at a lower rate than it actually is to stimulate Russian export producers.

Democratic revolution of 1991 led to abandonment of price fixing. "The shock therapy" resulted in immediate plunge of national currency as former soviet republics continued to print Russian rubles and exchange them for Russian goods creating inflation in Russia and devaluing its currency. Inflation was as high as 1000% per year! By mid 90s Russian authorities announced that they would no longer allow now formally independent countries to print Russian national currency. Russian ruble grew steadily until 1998 when the Asian financial crisis moved on to Russia. Value of ruble dropped four times overnight and has not changed ever since.

My favourite film is a science fiction trilogy The Matrix. The first part was shot in 1999, the second and the third – in 2003. I like this movie because it is dynamic, captivating and deeply philosophical at the same time. In my opinion, any good movie should be a combination of a touching story, bright visualization and clever ideas.

The Matrix is a cyberpunk story. The setting is the future where intelligent machines have enslaved the humanity. People are held on gigantic plantations and are used as a source of energy. They cannot fight against their enslavers because they are connected to a virtual reality called the Matrix.

They think that they live in the peaceful twenty-first century. But there is a small group of rebels who managed to escape from the Matrix. They try to destroy the machines. The main character Neo also becomes one of the rebels and uses his special powers in this war. In the end, though, he and his love Trinity die and the world of machines continues to exist.

The Matrix is directed by The Wachowskis – two talented and famous screenwriters and directors. Keanu Reeves, Laurence Fishburne and Carrie-Anne Moss play the roles of the main characters in the trilogy. The actors’ work is great, they show bright and plausible emotions. The computer visualization techniques are innovative (at the time) and very impressive.

I find the ideas of The Matrix deep and interesting. After watching the movie, I thought about it a lot. What if our world is a fake? If we have lived in a virtual reality from the first days of our life, how can we understand it? And finally, if we understand it, should we refuse from our ordinary life and fight? I think that these are deep philosophical questions. The Matrix is a grand movie that gave food for thought to millions of its viewers.
