In 1991-1994, this confrontation led to large-scale military operations for control over Nagorno-Karabakh and some adjacent territories. In terms of the level of military confrontation, only the Chechen conflict surpassed it, but, as Svante Cornell noted, “of all the Caucasian conflicts, the Karabakh conflict has the greatest strategic and regional significance. This conflict is the only one on the territory of the former Soviet Union in which two independent states are directly involved. Moreover, in the late 1990s, the Karabakh conflict contributed to the formation of opposing groupings of states in the Caucasus and around it. ”After the end of the Karabakh war, the conflict entered a frozen phase, negotiations were held mediated by the OSCE Minsk Group. Nevertheless, escalations of various scales periodically took place along the contact line of Nagorno-Karabakh.

We live in a huge world. We are all part of something big, but at the same time, each of us is individual and moves along the path of life in his own way. Someone has a straight road, someone has a winding one. Understanding your true path and purpose helps you find meaning in life, which is not always easy to find. Is it possible to live without meaning in life? You can, but this is not life, but existence. When you see your meaning in life, you set yourself a goal to get as close as possible to your meaning of existence. The goal in a person's life plays a huge role.
A person is born, learns to walk, talk, get knowledge. And then the person begins to ask questions (all this happens at different times of life): "What's all this for? What do I live for? Where am I going? etc." These philosophical questions begin to torment him – a person is looking for his meaning in life. It could be anything. Someone finds their meaning in children: their upbringing, giving them a "ticket" to life. Others find meaning in life in building a career and material enrichment. Everyone, as they say, has their own.
If a person does not find his meaning in this life, then he begins to be tormented by torment – he does not know what he lives for, everything becomes unpleasant for him. Often this condition can lead to depressive disorder. The meaning of life is connected with what is especially dear to you, what you love, what you are ready to give yourself completely, what is sometimes more expensive than yourself. To get closer to the meaning of life, a person sets a goal. To achieve one goal, there may be secondary goals. For example, a person's goal in life is to give everything possible and impossible to their children, but in order to provide children with everything they need, they set themselves a secondary goal – to earn a lot of money, build their career.
As can be seen from the above, the meaning and purpose in a person's life are inextricably linked. A person after a long search finds his meaning in life. He realizes that this is the most important thing for him. Then he sets a goal that brings him closer to the meaning of life. When setting a goal, secondary goals may be involved, they are less global, and their task is to achieve the main goal. Without seeing the meaning in your life, without setting a specific goal, it is impossible to live fully, you can only exist.
