Present Continuous - настоящее продолженное время в английском языке. Это время указывает на события, происходящие в данный момент, которые продолжаются , проще говоря.

В утвердительной форме, время образуется так:

I am

He, she, it is

We, you, they are

А в отрицательной:

I am not

He, she, it is not (isn't)

We, you, they are not (aren't)

What is he, she, it doing?

What are we, you, they doing?

How are you spending New Year's Eve?
