London doubledecker (from Russian doubledecker - двухэтажных) is the name of red double-decker buses plying on urban routes in London. Invented in the middle of the 19th century, it was the very first invented in Great Britain, the country of London, only then this bus began to gain popularity in other cities and countries. Doubledecker became a symbol of London, he worked on the lines of the British capital from 1956 until the end of 2005. Now this bus is used as a bus for tourists, or it is used in everyday life for Londoners.
