3. Форма глагола: Adjective (т.е. прилагательное); инфинитив: to elect

   Форма глагола: Present Indefinite  (active voice); инфинитив: to meet

Объяснение: active voice переводится как активный залог, еще есть пассивный, но у Вас нет на него примеров.

Adjective  переводится как "прилагательное", я даже не знаю стоило ли работать с "elected", но так как это прилагательное произошло от глагола to elect, я дал и на него объяснение.

Могут спросить у Вас и перевод глаголов, но думаю Вы знаете.
