You know, I have the same problem. I also get very nervous before tests and exams. To calm down I usually take a walk and listen to calming music. Deep, slow breathing helps me to avoid panic attacks. Also I try to think about good things before exams.
I have chosen English for my exam because I like to learn this language and I think I'm good at it.
When I prepare for my tests and exams in English I do a lot of grammar and vocabulary exercises, look through my notes and vocabulary lists, watch videos, TV programmes and films and read books in English.
