Present Simple Passive (Настоящее простое ) : noun + am/ is /are + verb3 (третья форма глагола) or verb+ed (или глагол с окончанием "ed") Напр - The book is written by me - Книга написана мной
Future Simple Passive : noun + will be + verb3 (третья форма глагола) or verb+ed (или глагол с окончанием "ed") The book will be written by me in two years  - Книга будет написана мной через два года .
Если книга написана кем - то (мной например) , то поставим by , а если чем- то (ручкой например  (a pen)) , то тогда скажем with (дословный перевод с ручкой , ну а вообще переводится ручкой - книга написана ручкой - the book is written with a pen )
