The dinner fork is usually on the left. It is often recommended that the salad fork is placed to the left of he dinner fork. However, in this formal setting the dinner fork is placed to be used before the salad fork because it is suggested that the quest awaits the main meal before helping himself ( herself ) to the salad. The general rule with utensils is to start from the outside of your place setting, and work your way toward the service plate ( the main meal plate ) : soup spoon first, then fish knife and fork, then service knife and fork. The bread plate with the butter knife ( spreader ) with the adge to the outside is placed to the left of the service plate above the forks. The dessert spoon and cake fork are above the plate. The fork handle should point to the left, the spoob handle to the right.

Начну с того, что в наше время мы не представляем себе жизнь без компьютера и мобильного телефона. 

С одной стороны, пользоваться мобильным телефоном очень удобно. Во-первых, это важно для безопасности, потому что родители могут связываться со своими детьми в любую минуту. Во-вторых, мобильный телефон это маленький компьютер у вас в руках. Вы можете звонить друзьям, отправлять сообщения, участвовать в чатах и много другое. 

Но с другой стороны, использование мобильного телефона очень вредно для здоровья детей и взрослых, поэтому пользование им должно быть ограничено. Кроме этого, учителя часто жалуются что телефон отвлекает студентов на уроках. 

В заключение хочу сказать, что я не против мобильного телефона вообще, но считаю, что пользоваться им нужно в пределах необходимости.

 

To begin with, nowadays  we cannot imagine our life without a computer and mobile phone. On the one hand, using a mobile phone is very comfortable. 
First, it is important for security, because parents can communicate with their children at any moment. 
Secondly, the mobile phone is a small computer in your hands. You can call friends, send messages, participate in chats and do much many useful thing. But on the other hand, the using a mobile phone is very harmful to health of children and adults, so its using should be limited. 
In addition, teachers often complain that phone distracts students in the classroom. The phones are very different in color and size, but the same form. They are made of different material, so they are expensive and not very expensive.  
In conclusion, I would like to say that I am not against mobile phone at all, but I think that they must be used only if they really need.
