Some plastics cannot even be destroyed.These are the consequences of the development of civilization. So people face the problem of preservation of our environment. The main aim of the environmental protection is to create favourable conditions for the man’s life and his next generation. В настоящее время люди не заботятся о состоянии окружающей среды. Они считают, что окружающая среда является неограниченным источником ресурсов, что атмосфера, леса, реки и моря могут поглощать все отходы. Природа является источником существования для людей. Производство товаров и услуг использует энергию и природные ресурсы. В результате природные ресурсы сокращаются, воздух и вода загрязняются, а окружающая среда не может поглощать все свои отходы.

Одна из важнейших проблем - загрязнение воды. Многие суда, пересекающие океаны и моря, особенно те, которые несут нефть, сбрасывают свои отходы в воду, и вода становится грязной. В результате многие птицы и рыбы гибнут из-за загрязненной воды. Кроме того, загрязнение воды вызвано производителями, которые сбрасывают химические отходы в реки и моря.

Вторая проблема - загрязнение воздуха. Автомобили и растения загрязняют атмосферу своими вредными газами и другими веществами. Они разрушают озоновый слой, который защищает нас от опасного света Солнца. Они также уничтожают леса, которые умирают от кислотных дождей.

Еще одна проблема - ущерб дикой природе. Возможно, что некоторые виды животных могут исчезнуть из-за деятельности людей.

Сегодня в разных странах одна и та же важная проблема - переработка мусора. Такие материалы, как бумага и стекло, можно использовать повторно.
