The best day of the year was when my family celebrated the New Year. We bought the New Year tree and put it in the living-room. Father Frost came and gave me nice presents. We sang songs and danced around the tree. We ate salads, cakes and pizza. We didn’t sleep at night. We went outside and watched fantastic fireworks. It was the happiest day in my life.

Лучшим днем в году был тот день, когда моя семья праздновала Новый год. Мы купили новогоднюю елку и поставили ее в зале. Приходил Дед Мороз и подарил мне красивые подарки. Мы пели песни и танцевали вокруг елки. Мы ели салаты, пирожные и пиццу. Ночью мы не спали. Мы вышли на улицу и смотрели фантастические фейерверки. Это был самый счастливый день в моей жизни.
