I believe that the ideal tourist always has a visa and passport. He always fills out the customs Declaration. He performs everything that is written in the contract with the travel agency. He acts like a gentleman. He doesn't smoke in public. He knows the language of the visited country. He respects the locals.  He respects their culture. If he has problems, he goes to his travel agent. He consumes water and electricity sparingly in the hotel.

Он не курит в общественных местах. Он знает язык посещаемой страны. Он уважает местных жителей.  Он уважает их культуру. Если у него возникают проблемы, он обращается к своему туристическому агенту. Он экономно расходует воду и электричество в отеле.

On November 5th ENGLISH people across the country celebrate Bonfire Night. There ARE small firework parties in back gardens. People can also watch big firework displays in public parks.
The reason of the CELEBRATION is because it`s the anniversary of some HISTORIC date. On November 5th 1605 a man CALLED Guy Fawkes TRIED to blow up the Houses pf Parliament for some political reasons.
Guy Fawkes and some other MEN put 36 barrels of gunpowder under the Houses of Parliament in London, ready to set off a massive EXPLOSION. One member of the group SENT a letter to his friend who WORKED in Parliament and warned him to stay away on November 5th. The King FOUND the letter. The Houses of Parliament were saved!
