My favorite show "Speaks Ukraine", because experts help people in solving family problems, illnesses, quarrels and so on. Very often people are turning to programs through family violence, the diseases on which, unfortunately, lack of funds, or doctors lower their hands, not willing to help. The same situation is with family violence in the motherland, because unfortunately in Ukraine, law enforcement officers do not want to do anything to improve the situation in the family and the country. All this is very frustrating, but it's only a joy that there are people who can help both materially and physically, and for some people the main thing is for free! so I want to tell you never lower your hands, go ahead to the goal set))

Дуже часто люди звертаються до програм через насильство в сім'ї, хвороби, які, на жаль, відсутні кошти, або лікарі знижують руки, не хочуть допомагати. Така ж ситуація пов'язана з насильством в сім'ї на батьківщині, оскільки, на жаль, в Україні правоохоронці не хочуть нічого робити, щоб покращити ситуацію в родині та країні. Все це дуже розчаровує, але просто приємно, що є люди, які можуть до як матеріально, так і фізично, а для деяких людей головне - безкоштовно! тому я хочу сказати, що ніколи не опускай руки, йди вперед до мети))

This survey is aimed at investigating the effectiveness of the appraisal system in our company. The survey was conducted last month. The data was collected by means of a questionnaire survey and three focus group interviews. In the questionnaire, respondents were asked ten questions regarding the current appraisal system. It has been found that the respondents were generally quite satisfied with the system, but about half of them has been stated that it should be carried out less frequently. In the focus group interviews, the respondents were given the opportunity to discuss the system openly. Some respondents were been complaining that the appraiser was known too little about them to give detailed and objective comments.
The findings indicate that the rationale for conducting the appraisal exercise should have been explained more clearly to our staff.
