1 На первое место в спец вопросе ставится вопросительное слово.
2 После этого ищем в предложении слова,которые нужно поставить на второе место ( этих слов всего 16 : am, is, are, was, were, shall, will, can, could, would, should, has, have, had, may, must). Если таких слов в предложении нет, то ищем глагол. По окончанию глагола подбираем слово, которое нужно будет поставить на второе место. При окончании s - этим словом будет does, при окончании ed - этим словом будет did, при нулевом окончании этим словом будет do.
3 На третье место ставим подлежащее.
4 На четвертое место ставим глагол в начальной форме.
5 Все остальное идет в том же порядке, в котором и было в предложении (к которому мы задаём вопрос).
