as you know ,junk food is very popular nowadays.It's cheap and tasty, but there are a lot of disadvantages of eating such food,for example , you'll get fat because of the large amount of calories , besides if you eat fast food very often you'll have stomach ache and other illnesses. By the way, if you want to be in a good shape you should eat only healthuy food such as:vegetables, meat and fruit.

Well,i think if you want to be healthy ,strong , keep fit and do not want to spoil your health, you  won't eat to much junk food and drink harmful drinks and you'll lead a healthy lifestyle.

The church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker was consecrated in 1785. In 1932, the church was abolished, the church building was closed, taking away the most valuable utensils. It housed a collective farm warehouse. At different times attempts were made to disassemble the temple on bricks, but the ancient monolithic masonry was so strong that nothing came of it. In 1966, the expedition of the State Russian Museum during the inspection of the churches of Kotlas district in the Church of St. Nicholas found a unique icon of the end of the XV century "The Miracle of the Archangel Michael in Honeh" in a terrible state. The icon was taken from the church of St. Nicholas and after restoration it is in the State Russian Museum. By 1970, the church was finally abandoned and began to collapse. In 1986, the building was accepted for state protection and in 1988 finally collapsed. In 1990, the ruins were transferred to the Orthodox community and the construction of a new church in historical forms on an old foundation was started. This church was consecrated on February 29, 1994.
