I think fashion is a good thing to express your emotions or your position. To dress stylishly, you need to have a good taste. And not everyone has it. I believe that the main thing with fashion is not to go too far, because sometimes there are people who wear clothes that really stand out. Standing out in a crowd is not bad, but you need to do it in moderation.
