Когда же мы используем конструкции haS got?
Has got мы используем с 3 лицом (he,she,it)
Например:
У него есть кошка- he has got a cat
У неё есть дом- she has got a house
У кошки есть хвост- the cat has got a tail

Отрицание:
Допустим, ты хочешь сказать ,что у тебя/ у кого то чего то нет:
У меня нет кошки- I haven’t got a cat
У Димы нет волос- Dima hasn’t got hair
