У меня лично есть несколько вариантов того, что вы имели в виду:

1. I like English but I am tired of understanding you.
Я люблю английский язык, но я устал тебя понимать.

2. I like English but I am tired of trying to understand you.
Я люблю английский язык, но я устал пытаться понять тебя.

3. I like English but I am tired of trying to understand it.
Я люблю английский язык, но мне надоело пытаться его понимать.

4. I like English but I am tired of understanding it.
Я люблю английский язык, но мне надоело его понимать.

Также запомните, что "to be tired" используется с предлогом of.
Уставать что-то делать — to be tired of doing something
