Отличное сочинение! Но есть некоторые недочеты. Я бы сказала так :
When I ASK my mother would she like to work in another place, for example desk job, she answers no. (либо when i askEDshe answerED)
Mom said she loves her job, especially bake sweets. В этом предложении тоже надо выбрать одно время, я бы сказала так: Mom SAYS, she loves her job, especially TO bake sweets
И последнее - So at home I always plenty of goodies. Тут пропущен глагол, я бы сказала так: So at home I always HAVE plenty of goodies.

My name is Drachena and I’m 12 years old. This year I transferred to the 5th form of the secondary school. I can’t say I have lots of free time, but when I do I try to spend it usefully. At some days I go swimming after the school, at others — I play volleyball at the gym.

At weekends I usually help my mum to clean up the house. All of us have some household duties, even my dad. His task includes shopping for food and fixing any broken items. My mum is the person who is responsible for cooking, washing the clothes and ironing.
