     You write that you have been feeling tired and have some problems with concentration. Well, I think I will give you some advice to get rid of this unpleasant condition.

      First of all, you should make a habit to get some rest after school. It doesn't mean that you should get some sleep, you can just lie on the couch for a while with your eyes closed. Before doing this switch off your mobile phone, so that no one could disturb you.

       Second, try to avoid sitting in front of the TV set in the evenings for a long time. The same goes for playing computer games, you should reduce your time before the computer screen to a minimum.

        And lastly, I would suggest that you go to bed a bit earlier than usual, for example, if now you go to bed at 9.30 o'clock, you should do it half an hour earlier, that is to say at  9.00 o'clock sharp.

My neighborhood is the best!I dont have disadvantages, because I like all from my district. It's very clear and not busy.In my district lot of shops and activity centers. I have been living in this district for 5 years. But there aren't playgrounds near me, it's sad.

I have a bicycle, I always ride on them, and I just relax, when I ride on the bike, it's so awesome! I dont use public transport, because my mum has a car, and I have a my favourite bycycle!
