Modern formal business (hereinafter referred to as OD) style is functional
a kind of Russian literary language used in the field of social relations. Business speech serves as a means of communication between states, the state with an individual and society as a whole; means of communication between enterprises, institutions, organizations; a means of official communication between people in production and in the service sector. Formal business style refers to the book-writing styles of literary
language. It is implemented in the texts of laws, orders, decrees, orders, contracts, acts, certificates, certificates, powers of attorney, in business correspondence of institutions. The oral form of the official business speech is represented by a speech and report at meetings and conferences, a court speech, an official telephone conversation, oral
by order.
The general extralinguistic and linguistic features of this style include the following:
1) accuracy, detail of presentation;
2) standardized presentation;
3) the obligatory-prescriptive nature of the presentation (voluntariness).
Indeed, the language of laws requires, first of all, accuracy, which does not allow for any discrepancy; quickness of understanding is not important, since an interested person, if necessary, will read the article of the law two or three times, striving for complete understanding. The standardized presentation is manifested in the fact that heterogeneous phenomena of life in a business style fit into a limited number of standard forms (questionnaire, certificate, instruction, statement, business letter, etc.).
Business speech is impersonal, stereotyped, lacking an emotional element.
A specific property of business speech is the expression in all. Voluntativeness in
texts are expressed semantically (word selection) and grammatically. So, in management documentation, we constantly meet with the first person forms of the verb (I miss, I suggest, I order, I congratulate), with the modal forms, the obligation (it is necessary,
necessary, follows, suggested). SUBSTITUTE OFFICIAL BUSINESS STYLE
Depending on the scope of business speech and the stylistic freedom of the corresponding texts, three sub-styles are usually distinguished within the OD:
1) diplomatic (types of documents: international treaties, agreements, conventions, memorandums, notes, Communiqués, etc.); there are practically no oral forms

Kanysh Imantayevich Satpayev was born on March 31, 1899, in aul number 4 in the Pavlodar district of the Semipalatinsk region of the Russian Empire (now the aul named after K.I.Satpayev in the Bayanaul region of the Pavlodar region) in a biy family. He was the youngest child: he had an older brother and sister
From 1909 to 1911 Kanysh Satpayev studied at the aul school. In 1911 he entered the Russian-Kazakh school in the city of Pavlodar, from which he graduated in 1914 with honors. After graduating from college, Kanysh Satpayev, despite the objections of Imantai's father, went to study at the teachers' seminary in Semipalatinsk, where due to tuberculosis he had health problems. Nevertheless, he received his seminary diploma in 1918, passing exams as an external student.
Kanysh Imantayevich intended to continue his studies with the aim of obtaining higher education, however, with a seminary certificate at that time, they were admitted to universities only on condition of passing an exam in mathematics and one foreign language. For the next year and a half, Satpayev was preparing to enter the Tomsk Technological Institute. In parallel with his studies, Satpayev worked as a science teacher for two-year pedagogical courses in Semipalatinsk.
Work and training had to be postponed due to the exacerbation of tuberculosis. Satpayev spent almost a year in his native village, receiving treatment and recuperating. Doctors believed that he would never be able to continue his studies, and would only be able to live in his native village, in the fresh air, taking kumis therapy.
While undergoing treatment in Bayanaul, Kanysh Satpayev began compiling a textbook on algebra for Kazakh schools, which he finished in 1924. This textbook became the first school textbook of algebra in the Kazakh language.
In 1920, Satpayev was appointed the first in Bayanaul chairman of Kazkultprosvet (a department for cultural and educational work among workers), created with the strengthening of Soviet power. At the same time, by the decree of the Pavlodar Revolutionary Committee, he was appointed people's judge of the 10th section of the Bayanaul region.
