Technology has created less free time rather than more. Teenagers spend much time chatting and living in virtual world. They have no time for real communication with their peers.

Использование компьютера и интернета очень полезно для молодежи. Подростки могут заочно побывать в разных странах и городах. Они знакомятся с новыми людьми и могут общаться со своими сверстниками из разных стран. Они узнают много интересного о жизни людей с другой культурой и историей. Молодые люди могут найти много полезной информации в интернете. Используя компьютер и интернет, легко выполнить любую домашнюю работу, написать реферат или эссе, найти дополнительную информацию по заданному учителем материалу, расширить свой кругозор. 

But with the development of new technologies life of teenagers has changed . They spend too much time in the virtual world, not in the real communication. This is wrong and very harmful for their health. Children should keen on sports: swimming, athletics and other sports and spend more time in fresh air and, of course, communicate more in real life.

Но с развитием новых технологий изменилась жизнь подростков.  Они проводят слишком времени в виртуальном мире, не оставляя себе возможности для реального общения. Это неправильно и очень вредно для их здоровья.  Подростки должны увлекается спортом: плаванием, легкой атлетикой и другими видами спорта, проводить больше времени на свежем воздухе и, конечно, больше общаться в реальной жизни.
