Melbourne got high grades for EDUCATION, entertaiments and culture, housing, HEALTH and weather. Because of this, more and more VISITORS are coming to Melbourne.

Other Australian cities also did well, but the report showed that there WERE more crimes in Sydney.

The best European cities were Vienna and Geneva, but Paris (28). Madrid (45) and London (45) were much lower in the list because of problems with crime , the WEATHER and the prices in the shops. New York and Washington had similar difficulties, but were lower in the list.
