Домовой является легендарным мифическим существом популярным в фольклоре в окрестностях Шотландии и Англии.Домовой мужского рода, как правило, небольшие, бородатые, а иногда покрыты волосами везде.Традиционно,в каждом доме, говорят надо иметь своего собственного Домового, который живет либо в печи, под порогом, в хлеву, или в конюшне.Домовой рассматривается в качестве опекуна своего дома, и если он счастлив, то он поддерживает мир и порядок и наградает домашним хозяйством заниматься домашними делами.

A  domovoi   is a legendary mythical  creature popular in folklore around Scotland and England.Domovoi are masculine, typically small, bearded, and sometimes covered in hair all over.Traditionally, every house is said to have its own domovoi who lives either in the stove, under the threshold, in the cattle shed, or in the stables.The domovoi is seen as the home's guardian, and if he is kept happy he maintains peace and order and rewards the household by helping with household chores and field work.
