Объяснение, чтобы вы всё-таки поняли тему:

Конструкция "to be going to" используется для намерения или планов сделать что-то в будущем.

Это переводится как "собираюсь".

Я собираюсь пойти в кино. - I'm going to go to the cinema.

Не путайте 'to be going to' с 'I'll'. Думаю, вы понимаете разницу между ними на русском ("Я сделаю" - "I'll do"; "Я собираюсь сделать" - "I'm going to do")

*I'll (сокращение) - I will do; в Future Simple используем вс глагол will

Won't (will not) - частица-отрицание в русском и переводится как "не + глагол". Тоже разница - "Я сделаю" ("I won't do") и "Я не собираюсь сделать" ("I'm not going to do").

Конструкция предложений с 'to be going to'

Am, is, are заменяют to be, в зависимости от местоимения (подлежащего в предложении). Неправильно сказать "I to be going to" или "She to be going to".

Утвердительное предложение:

I/You, we, they/He, she, it + am going to/are going to/is going to +

Отрицательное предложение:

I/You, we, they/He, she, it + am not going to/are not going to/is not going to +

Здесь добавляется частица not после am/are/is.

Вопросительное предложение:

Am/Are/Is + I/You, we, they/He, she, it + going to + ?

Здесь am/is/are перемещается на начало предложения, а после местомения остается только 'going to'.
