Recipe: Salad "English"

Ingredients for a salad for 4 servings:

Boiled chicken (thigh) 300 gr.Marinovannye mushrooms 100 gr. Cucumbers 3 pcs. Mustard 1
hour lodges. Boiled potatoes 3 pcs. Mayonnaise to taste olives , pitted 50 gr.SolCooking recipe salad "English" :
 Cucumbers peeled and cut into small cubes .

Olives cut in half.

Marinated mushrooms cut into 4 pieces .

Just cube cut boiled potatoes .

Вам будет нужно: 
400гр картофеля 
125гр муки 
40гр масло или маргарин 
40гр тертый сыр 
соль 
масло 
Инструкция 
1. Очистить картофель и нарезать их. 
2. Поместить картофель в кастрюлю с небольшим количеством воды ипосолить. Кипятите картофель в течение 20 минут. 
3. Вылить воду и делать пюре из картофеля в кастрюле. 
4. Соединить пюре, муку и масло или маргарин перемешать их вилкой. 
5. Вынуть смесь из кастрюли и раскатать, сделайте картофельные пироги размером 1 см. в высоту 
6. Поместить масло на сковороде. Жарьте картофельные пироги, пока они не станут коричневые с 
обеих сторон. 
7. Вынуть пироги из сковороды и поместить их в поднос. Покройте пироги тертым сыром. 
8. Поместить поднос в духовку в течение двух минут. 
Potato cakes 
Ingredients 
You will need: 
400g potatoes 
125g flour 
40g butter jr margarine 
40g grated cheese 
salt 
oil 
Instruction 
1. Peel the potatoes and slice them. 
2. Put the potatoes in a saucepan with some water and bit of salt. Boil the potatoes for 20 minutes. 
3. Pour away the water and mash the potatoes in the saucepan. 
4. Put the mashed potatoes, the flour and the butter or margarine into a bowl. Mix them with a fork. 
5. Take the mixture out of the bowl and roll it. Make 12 potato cakes like this: 1cm 
6. Put the oil in a frying pan. Fry the potato cakes until they are brown on 
both sides. 
7. Take the cakes out of the frying pan and put them on a tray. Cover the cakes with the grated cheese. 
8. Put the tray into the oven for two minutes.
