As for me the best way to relax and have time for yourself is to keep a diary. I am fond of exploring my thoughts and ideas and writing them down on the paper.

Without any doubt I write about my past day and feelings I had that day. Besides for me writing down my goals and dreams is a first step of achieving them.

All in all, I can say that my diary is one of the best friends I have ever got and I can always have a fun time recalling my past.
