1) Probably a big stage, because I wold like it to be able to hold concerts. A big wardrobe would be of much use: there is always not enough place for everyone at a concert of a popular band. And it should also have some quite place to take a rest from the noise.
2) The best, of cause, is a free entrance in the club. That worth much of the disadvantages of that work. For example being all the time in noisy place, seeing crowds of people going crazy is not of much good to psychological health.
