Elephants are very big animals. They live in India and in Africa. They weigh about 6 -7 tons. (Baby elephant weighs about 1 ton). Elephants are grey. They have very big ears, and small eyes. They are clever enough. They eat grass and leaves. They prefer to stay near water. (Elephants drink about 190 litres of water every day). They can swim very well. They live about  50-60 years.
