People used to live in houses, and now they live in flats. People were more friendly than they are now, because they had more time to talk to each other. People didn’t use to have cars. They used to walk everywhere or go by bike or by public transport, like buses or trains. And, of course, there were trams in the city then, too. You see, they didn’t use to have so much money. I suppose that’s the main difference. And the food was different, too. We didn’t use to eat meat very often. It was too expensive! We didn’t use to eat frozen food either. Now everything’s frozen.
